• Submit Bid Bond, and Performance Bond as appropriate.
• Prepare comparative statement of prices submitted by various bidders and send copy to manufacturers/suppliers.
• Have follow-up discussion with manufacturers to review comparative statements and decide future line of action.
• Handel all formalities such as letters of creidt, export documents, and shipment of goods.
• Sonal will bear all costs associated with L/C.
